Information Tracked

Information tracked for each client: client name, social security number, responsible counselor, client ID, funding contract, client type, client need, intake date, status, current address, spouse name, number and ages of children, employment information, birthdate, marital status, race, gender, occupation, age group, income group, information on the house to be purchased, information on grant applications, follow-up processing, and housing classes attended. A record of visitations and units of service performed on behalf of a client is also maintained: date of visit, hours, action performed, resulting status, and detailed description of the action performed.

Reports

Reports provided: Housing Units, Activity Summary, Follow-up, Employer Summary, Counselor Summary, Client Summary, Client Visits Summary, Demographics, Home Ownership Project, Units by Funder Pie Chart, Units by Status Pie Chart, Units by Client Need Pie Chart, Shuttlesworth, and System Status. Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, and other monthly reporting periods are supported.
