Thoughtful Creations can ship your order to almost anywhere in the world. Please allow 2-15 working days (depending on location) for delivery of any shipped products.

Returns Policy

In the case of a defective product, please contact sales@thoughtfulcreations.com for information on obtaining a replacement.

Downloaded Software

Some software products may be downloaded and used on a trial basis for 30 days, free of charge. We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to see if the software meets your needs before deciding to purchase. When you do decide to purchase, you will receive a license number that will unlock all features of the program permanently.

You have your choice of product delivery options:

license by email
license by email with CDROM

If you choose the "license by email" delivery option, you will receive your permanent license by email. No product will be shipped. To take advantage of this option, you will need to download the software.

If you choose the "license by email with CDROM" option, a CDROM containing the software will be shipped to you, along with your permanent license number. The license will also be sent by email. For this delivery option, downloading of the software is not required. You can install the software from the CDROM when it arrives. Having the product shipped to you may be an attractive option if you have a slow internet connection or if you prefer having a backup of the software on CDROM.
